1. Eligibility

• This competition is open to UK and EU residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of WithU Holdings, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected to the competition are not eligible.
• One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

2. How to Enter

• To enter, participants must sign up for a free trial of Mvmnt, using the promo code MVMNTRETREAT at www.mvmnt.com/
• If you don’t wish to be entered into the competition email support@mvmnt.com with the subject title Netgem competition
• The free trial must be started during the competition period stated below.
• No purchase necessary. Internet access required.

3. Free Trial Details

• The free trial lasts for up to 7 days, if not cancelled before.
• A valid payment method may be required at sign-up, but you will not be charged during the trial period.
• You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges. Details on how to cancel can be found https://support.mvmnt.com/en/articles/9399400-how-do-i-cancel.
• Continued use beyond the trial period will result in the regular subscription fee of £9.99 per month being charged unless otherwise cancelled.

4. Competition Period

• The competition opens at 00.01 8th September 2025 and closes 24th October 2025 23.59
• Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered.

‍5. Prize

• The prize is a place for 1 individual on a Pilates & fitness retreat with Mvmnt instructor Jo-Leigh Morris, including 5 nights accommodation and all meals. Flights to and from the destination are not included in the prize.
• There is 1 prize available.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative will be offered.


6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries within 14 days of the competition closing. The winner will be selected using RandomPicker.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address provided when signing up within 30 days of the winner being selected.
• If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, another winner will be selected.
• Confirmation of the details of the prize will be sent to the winner within 30 days of the winner being confirmed.
• Details of the winner will be made available on request (name and county)

7. Publicity

• The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, but this is optional.


8. Data Protection

• By entering, you agree to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of running this competition.

9. General

• WithU Holdings reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition, and the prizes, and these terms where necessary due to circumstances out of our reasonable control.
