You can start with a 7-day free trial to enjoy all the workouts available on Mvmnt. After the trial period, the subscription costs £9.99 per month or £89.99 per year (prices may change). This gives you access to the entire workout library, as well as personalised programmes, heart rate tracking, and SmartPlans.
If you have a Sky Q, Stream, or Glass, you can access the app by searching for 'Mvmnt' on your TV. Sky customers can enjoy a 45-day free trial. Following this, the subscription will cost £7.99 per month (prices may change) and give you access to the features outlined above.
As a Sky customer, you can also download the Mvmnt mobile app for free. Simply log in using the same email associated with the account on your TV app.
The good news is that if you've used Mvmnt before 4 November 2025, you'll be able to keep working out with a 12-month free subscription to Mvmnt starting on 4 December 2025.
On the 4 December 2025, all you need to do it is find the Mvmnt app on the Fitness section or Apps rail on your Sky Glass TV. Then, log in using the same email address you used for Mvmnt on Sky Live. This ensures your profile, progress and preferences carry over seamlessly.
We will send you an email 7 days in advance of the free period ending on 4 December 2026. After your free trial ends, you can subscribe to Mvmnt through Sky for £7.99pm. Prices may change.

Your free trial is 7 days long – giving you enough time to try a few workouts and see what Mvmnt is all about. You will be notified when your free trial is coming to an end via email. If you are a Sky customer, you have access to a longer, exclusive 45 day free trial from the day you sign up. This trial period may change at any time through the year and only applies once to a new user/account.
For our mobile app, a subscriptions costs £9.99 (€9.99 in ROI) per month, or £89.99 (€89.99 in ROI) annually. If you are a Sky customer, you can access Mvmnt for a subscription cost of £7.99 (€7.99 in ROI) per month. The price may change at any time in the future, but you would be notified of any changes in advance.
